Returns and Exchanges

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at MedEcho. We strive to provide the best quality merchandise and the best customer service possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so returns and exchanges are very easy. Our return policy with instructions are listed below.

When you make a purchase with us, the full terms of your transaction will be provided at checkout. By checking the acceptance box when ordering product from MedEcho’s website you’re agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the products you buy, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds derived from hemp oil.

Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA, and our products are made according to FDA guidelines for GMP standards of dietary supplements. As our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we don't make specific claims about their benefits. 

You may return and/or exchange new, unused, and unopened products (exclusions may apply) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges from your original order are not refundable. We only replace items if they are damaged or defective and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available. 

For Approved Returns:

You’ll be issued a prepaid return label via email to be printed out and placed on your package. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. if you received an incorrect item), or if the order was damaged during delivery. Otherwise customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of $9.99 to be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the returned item in satisfactory condition, a refund or replacement will be issued, and an automated email will notify you of the rectifying transaction.

Damage During Shipping:

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product closely to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Repackage The Item:

Include all original items, packing materials, instructions, etc. within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of merchandise damaged after receipt could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or exchange item.

Retail Clinic Returns: 

If you purchased directly from one of our stocking Licensed Healthcare Partners, please visit the clinic location where the original purchase was made (with receipt if possible) within 30 days to inquire about returns

Gift Cards:

If a Visa, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a refund.

Gift Receipt Safe:

MedEcho does not include paper packing slips (everything is kept digitally), so you can keep your gift purchases discreet. If your gift recipient isn't satisfied for any reason, our customer support is here to assist.

To start your return or exchange, please fill out the form below and click submit. A member of our team will verify that your item is available for return and get back to you with details on how to take the next step. Items for return must be unused and undamaged to qualify for refund or exchange. 

Customer support is available Monday-Thursday from 10am to 5pm EST, and Fridays from 10am to 2pm EST.
